No returns are accepted via the no return policy unless the product is refused for damage during delivery. The buyer is accountable for examination of all products at the time of delivery to confirm the products are free from damage, both concealed and visible damage. Please follow Xiltek’s freight procedure when accepting deliveries. All freight must be examined before signing and accepting.
